The board
Every coin paired with $TANDEM is on it. The top three each hour get liquidity.
How the top three is picked
For each coin, over the last 60 minutes:
- For every wallet, buys minus sells, in $TANDEM. Zero or less counts as nothing.
- No single wallet counts for more than 10% of the coin’s total.
- Add it up.
So what counts is what people still hold at the end of the hour. A bot buying and selling the same coin scores nothing. One whale scores a tenth of its bag. Ten real buyers score the lot.
The floor
To rank, a coin needs at least 10 wallets that ended the hour up, and a score of at least 1 $TANDEM. Below that it is listed but cannot win.
Why this and not market cap or volume
One buy sets any market cap you like. Volume can be printed by one wallet going in and out. Net holding across many wallets cannot be faked without 10 wallets holding real bags for a real hour, having paid real fees through $TANDEM.

Broken by the number of net buyers, then by the earlier launch.
