The pool
Whatever $TANDEM’s fee wallet holds at the close, minus a small reserve for transaction fees. That wallet receives $TANDEM’s creator fees from pump.fun and nothing else. Its address is on the front page so anyone can check the balance.
If the pool is under 0.05 SOL the hour is skipped and the balance carries over.
The split

Fewer than three eligible coins: the shares are rebalanced across the ones there are. None: it carries over.
What liquidity means here
On the bonding curve: the share is swapped SOL to $TANDEM to the coin, and the tokens are burned. The $TANDEM stays in the coin’s reserves and moves into its pool when it graduates.
After graduation: half the share buys the coin, half buys $TANDEM, both go into the coin’s pool, and the LP tokens are burned. Nobody can ever withdraw it.
Both routes buy $TANDEM first.
How it is paid
Each winner is paid at a random minute in the first 20 after the close, in 3 smaller buys, so nobody can position against a buy they can predict. Every transaction is linked on the round page.
If a buy fails it is retried, up to 3 times. If it still fails, that share stays in the wallet for the next hour. It is never given to a different coin.
